I really wanted to like this, but it felt cheaply made from the moment I took it out of the package. The plastic didn’t feel sturdy at all, and after just about a week of normal use, it actually cracked. I wasn’t being rough with it or anything, so that was disappointing. For something I expected to last at least a decent amount of time, it broke way too fast and just didn’t feel worth it...

I used this for around 3 weeks, usually at night after washing my face, and I didn’t see a big difference. My skin maybe felt a little softer, but I still had the same spots and didn’t really get that glow I was hoping for. I was consistent with it too, except maybe one or two nights when I was tired. It’s not a bad product or anything, just a little disappointing for the price. Shipping was totally fine though, no issues there.

The product itself is fine, I guess, but the shipping was really frustrating. I lost track of when it was supposed to show up because the tracking barely changed for days. At one point I thought it had only been a week, then I checked and it was closer to two weeks. Maybe I mixed up the dates a little, but either way it felt way too slow. Not the best experience.

I was disappointed with this face massager. Mine stopped charging after only about three weeks, even though I used it carefully and always kept it dry. I’ve seen other people mention theirs lasted longer, so maybe I just got a bad one, but compared to what most buyers seem to expect, this felt way too short. Customer support also took forever to get back to me, so I don’t think I’d buy it again

Overall it was okay, just not fully reassuring.

It works, so I can’t really complain too much, but the charging feels slow to me. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but I was hoping it would be a bit faster.

I asked for a refund and the replies took forever. Even after going back and forth, I still didn’t get a clear answer on what was happening. Maybe they drag it out hoping people just give up, I don’t know, but it definitely felt that way. Frustrating experience overall.

Anlan.com was easy to use overall. The product pages loaded quickly, and the basic info was clear enough that I didn’t have to dig around too much.
That said, a few parts were kind of annoying. Searching for specific items felt clunky, and going back and forth between pages wasn’t as smooth as it should be. I also got some inconsistent answers when I was trying to figure things out, which made the whole experience feel a bit less reliable.

It’s not a bad site, and I’d probably use it again, but it could definitely use some polishing. A cleaner search, smoother navigation, and more consistent info would make a big difference
